Friday, December 14, 2012 was a very special day for our family. We were able to welcome a new member to our already crazy big family! My cousin Abigail married "Mr." Michael! She looked AMAZING and had the wedding day that she dreamed of! On Thursday, with the help of family and friends, they transformed the Oktoberfest building into a Christmas beauty! Friday, we spent the day keeping Abbey company while she got ready to marry her best friend. Then, at 7pm, it was finally time to get started! For months I had been nervous about how the kids would do during the ceremony and to my surprise they did very well! Molly Jayne cried a bit when I walked by, but then it was her turn, and she just watched as everyone stared at her while Zachary pulled her down the aisle in an antique wagon. After the ceremony, it was time to eat, chat and have a grand ole time!
The next day...
We didn't do anything! After a long week of going nonstop, we just took a day to relax. No showers, no contacts (or eye glasses even), we all took naps, snuggled with blankets and tried to catch up on some much needed rest. Zachary and Molly Jayne both got some special toys for pulling/riding in the wagon for the wedding. Zachary has hardly let Thor out of his sight since that night!
