Duathlon series

Last night was the final duathlon in the series they have on base each summer. Rachel, Dorthy and and I have participated the 4 of the 5 races this season. The first one was a bit rough on all of us, now they aren't so hard to recover from :) Over all we improved our time by 18 minutes! Great job ladies! This also happened to be the first and only time all summer that Josh and John were willing and able to join Rachel and I on the route. They joined Johnny, who had a personal best (I believe) and beat us all to the finish line!
