Attack of the bug?????

This little guy has had rough couple of weeks....allergies that lead to a double ear infection, yeast infection (thanks to the antibiotic for the ear infection) and now he is COVERED in these!!!! We saw the doctor this morning and she said they are some sort of bug bite. The thing is we have NO IDEA where the bug is coming from and more bites have been appearing for the last 24 hours. The good thing is that all the bumps haven't seemed to bother Zach at all.

He has no idea that he has been the victim of some vicious bug!
