This poor little guy looks like he ran into a fist! He was running a crazy high fever for about 3 days. Yes, I probably should have taken him in for the fever, but there has been a fever virus running through the families at our gym so I didn't really think much of it until he woke up looking like this one morning! The doctor kinda set me into Momma Bear mode as she explained the severity of his eye infection. We ended up in the pediatric ER the next morning because his eye got worse before it got better. But after some super strong antibiotics the swelling started going down. Thankfully, the infection stayed in just his lower eye socket! If it had gone into both his upper and lower, we would of had no choice, but to stay in the hospital for a couple of days. 

I love it when prayers are answered and antibiotics kick in ;)
