Movin' on up

I am not the mom that gets all mushy on the first day of school, but the last day of school is a different story. I love the exciting new adventure he is about to embark on, however, I am always sad to see the previous chapter of his life close. He had such a great time in preschool! One of the best things as a parent, is seeing your child thrive in a positive environment. He is going to miss his friends and his teachers next year.
Here is what Zach's teachers had to say to sum up his year in preschool. "Zach gets our Starburst Award. He is very smart and excels in reading. He also knows a lot of facts about the things we talk about in school. This is Zach's 2nd year with us. Zach is a great singer when he wants to be. Zach takes pride in his coloring and his artwork. Zach likes to do karate at school and ride bikes outside at recess. He sometimes is very loud. And he let's us know that his mom always says, "Are you inside or are you outside?" Zach knows dates on the calendar and understands we don't always celebrate on the actual holiday. He always wants his mom to be here first to pick him up. If she is not, then he is upset. But he is a little more forgiving of his dad. Zach plans on attending the college of the Air Force. He wants to be a pilot like his dad when he grows up. Zach wants to be 31 when he gets married and have 4 kids. He wants to live next to Cannon when he is older. Zach is most likely to win Jeopardy.

Zach's friends say they like him because he is funny, he is my BFF, I love him just because, he is my person, he plays soccer with me at recess, he plays recess with me and we chase each other, Zach plays blocks with me, I like to go to the park with him. "
