Random November photos

I will keep this as short (and sweet) as possible.
November in a nutshell was month full of up and downs, up and downs, and so on...
We started the month with Josh in Las Vegas on a home buying trip. Initially we made 3 offers on homes because its a market full of short sales we were encouraged to not just count one house working for us. And in the end only one of those three offers made it to a contract. Knowing that we can't just wait on that one home, we currently have one other home under contract as well. Basically, both sellers have accepted our offers but now the offer has to be approved by their lender-and who knows how long that will take. We have been told to expect it to take around 6 months for the bank to respond. So for now we are just waiting....and waiting and waiting. If we have not heard anything by February, I will probably head out the Nevada to find a house that is a true resale so we actually have a house to move into come April.

Josh got back home to Mississippi on a Thursday morning and three days later he hit the road to San Antonio, Texas. He is there for some training until the 13th of December. And since he has been gone our moving plans have changed more times then I can count! The latest and current, current plan is that after he gets home we will tie up all our loose ends here, pack up and head to South Dakota. We will spend the holidays in Sioux Falls, then Josh will head south again to attend his field training course at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico. The kids and I will be staying with Josh's folks while he attends the three month training. Then in April we will all meet up (hopefully in our new house) out in Las Vegas!

So other then our plans changing about every 48 hours for a good three weeks, we haven't been up to much. I did have my first  "mom heart attack," there have been times that made my heart race but nothing like this---The kids and I were shopping up in Tupelo with the friend and her son. About 10 minutes into our first stop, Zach pulled our shopping cart over with Molly strapped in. When the cart tipped, Molly hit her head on the metal shelving. She instantly had two big marks on the side of her head. THANK GOODNESS, my friend is a nurse! She gave Molly a quick look over and said Molly wasn't showing any major signs of issues. We continued to shop for a little bit and as we were leaving I called our pediatrician to see if I could get Molly in later that afternoon for a quick look from him. One of his nurses called me back and told us to go to the closest Emergency Room. Again, I was so grateful to have someone with me! Kim came with us to the ER and stayed with Zach while Molly and I went back and saw the Doctor. After a brief exam from the nurse practitioner, Molly had a CAT Scan and then we were discharged with no issues! Its was the fastest trip to the ER we have ever had!

All this was on the Friday before Thanksgiving and the next day I woke up SUPER sick! Turns out I am great at sharing, we all spent the week of Thanksgiving sick with head colds, sinus infections and ear infections.

Well that was our November in a nutshell :)
